What to Expect after Your Liquid Facelift

The majority of patients are able to go back to work the next day. However, you might want to take a little time off if you feel you have some minimal bruising or swelling. On occasion, Dr. Abrishamy advises patients to ice their face immediately after the procedure to reduce swelling. He also suggests avoiding strenuous exercise for the next day, and sun and tanning beds on the day of the procedure.

The results of your procedure should be immediate. Depending on the kind of filler used, you should see your Liquid Facelift last anywhere between 6 and 24 months.

Seminars designed to inform and educate

Dr. Shawn Abrishamy is considered to be an expert injector and trainer. He provides skincare professionals with a 4-hour training seminar designed to give a full spectrum of education in the field.

The objective of his training is for each student to gain the skills and confidence needed to be able to perform a full face correction, or Liquid Facelift, using only BOTOX® and JUVÉDERM™.

Dr. Abrishamy provides lessons on injection theory, live and video demonstrations, as well as injection techniques. Students will have the opportunity to perform hands-on injecting by the end of the training.
